At Fuji Mats Australia, we stand by the quality of our professional-grade martial arts equipment and offer a 14-day return window for unused items in original packaging. Please note that custom-designed mats and clearance items are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are securely packed in their original protective wrapping to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Arrange Shipping

  Ship the items to our designated Australian facility using a tracked courier service; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned mats or equipment for resale condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
