VLP Vinyl Repair Glue

VLP Vinyl Repair Glue

VLP Adhesive - Vinyl Leather Repair Glue

VLP is a clear, high-strength leather and vinyl repair designed to mend small rips, tears, and holes in most types of vinyl and leather materials. Perfect for repairing those accidental cuts in your mats or wall pads. It is also great for helping apply Mat Tape to your Roll Outs, aiding and ensuring an extra bond.

Features and Benefits:

  • Easy to use, the air-dry formula dries clear and blends with all-coloured vinyl.
  • It dissolves the surface of the vinyl and creates an excellent bond when completely dry.
  • A repair made with VLP is stronger than the original vinyl or leather material.

How to use VLP
Clear, flexible repair for small punctures, tears, and rips
The surface must be clean and dry. For best results, avoid direct sunlight, high humidity or breezy conditions.

Small Holes/Tears: Apply a small amount of VLP to damaged areas. Allow 2 hours minimum dry time.

Long Tears: Pull the repair together. Using masking tape, stitch together every 1-2. Apply a bead of VLP to uncovered areas. Allow 30 minutes to dry. Carefully remove the tape. Apply a bead of VLP along the entire repair area. Allow 4 hours minimum, dry time before use.

Test the product in an inconspicuous area.

Tip: Do not smear VLP on dyed materials as it may cause discolouring. Use rubbing alcohol to clean vinyl surfaces. Allow overnight drying whenever possible before use.
